About Fire Sanctuary

Fire Sanctuary is my personal website that I have been managing since 2003.

For more personal information about me, I have been living in Japan for over 20 years, and I am currently working freelance in and around the video game industry. I am also working with an animation studio on an up-coming feature film that is slated for 2025 release, translating production materials, acting as interpreter in various meetings, and also managing a multitude of international animators. I was recently able to attend all 4 days of Tokyo Game Show 2024, so I expect to release a simple article about that at some point.

I also work in promotions, so you may find me talking about and promoting various titles.
One, for an example, is Penny Blood, so if you’re a fan of the Shadow Hearts series, definitely check out the progress on this one! It was originally a dual Kickstarter along with the spiritual successor of the Wild Arms series. So, please look forward to more information about this in the future!

I also performed as part of the chorus (soprano) in our 3rd Tsuki Oke fan concert dedicated to the NieR franchise on October 13, 2024. You can find all sorts of information on our previous two performances from the links below:
